• Other areas : Tank room will be charged at 85% of Rs.1689/sqft.

Note:

• Standard height of Tank room is 6-foot.

• Measurement shall be concrete slab measurement excluding chajja projections.

• This pricing model is applicable for the Plot size starting from 1200 sft with minimum construction requirement of 1800 sft built-up area.
