Sanitaryware and CP fittings :

• Sanitaryware and CP fittings will be used of worth upto Rs.90,000 per 1000 Square Feet of Construction.

• Includes EWC, Washbasin with Pillarcock, Wallmixer/Diverter, Health Faucet, Overhead shower with Arm, Towel rod , Soap Dish and Accessories.

Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiles :

• Bathroom wall tiles will be upto 7 feet above the floor. Basic Rate Rs.75/- per Sft

• Flooring will be antiskid ceramic tiles.

• CPVC/PVC : Ashirwad/Supreme/Equivalent brand CPVC and PVC will be used in Plumbing.

 

• Bathroom doors shall be of size 2’6″ x 7’0″ , WPC frames and doors with matt enamel paint finish.

• Concealed valve to regulate water supply in each bathroom will be provided.
