Includes EWC, Washbasin with Pillarcock, Wallmixer/Diverter, Health Faucet, Overhead shower with Arm, Towel rod , Soap Dish and Accessories.

Bathroom wall tiles will be upto 7 feet above the floor.

Flooring will be antiskid ceramic tiles.

CPVC/PVC : Astral or equivalent brand CPVC and PVC will be used in Plumbing.

Bathroom doors shall be of size 2’6″ x 7’0″ , WPC frames and doors with matt enamel paint finish.

Concealed valve to regulate water supply in each bathroom will be provided.
